How to create desktop shortcuts for Steam Games 2022

my issue is, due to a system restore the desktop icon has no logo... just a blank grey page square. I deleted it and tried this videos instructions, and it made another grey square shortcut. Not sure how to get the original (in this came Cuphead) icon\image shortcut back.

LOL So for a short video I can not believe I'm saying this but....WOW that was a lot of filler to say "right click on the game in Steam, scroll down to manage and create shortcut.".
