How To Recruit A Recruiter

How do you go about recruiting a recruiter? Here are some of the ways I think about recruiting internally for my own company as well as ways to be a recruiter for recruiters (R4R).

My major study was HR management but my minor was "Staffing & Employee Leasing". And because of my techie attitude and knowledge, I am a Tech recruiter. ;)

I have been recruiting for 7 years now. I don’t want to work for an agency or a company directly any more. How should I go about obtaining clients/contracts on an Individual level? I been so use to working for others, I feel it’s about time to solo it myself. Unfortunately throughout my career I have had account managers obtain contacts for me to fulfill. As a result I never gained the skill.

I have to say Brianna, I went to school to be a Recruiter, that's when I volunteered though in the Air Force! So yes I went to school! 😉😁
