I love this! My business partner and I are branching out into the private sector to start a staffing agency. We began as a vendor licensed and contracted through the state, allowing us to receive state funding, and it has been great. We just started last month and have already placed 22 clients. Although our payout wasn't as high due to the flat rate fees of $7000 per placement and an additional $45 an hour for billing, we are optimistic about the future.

Hello sir thank you for the video. I have a YouTube channel about industrial maintenance and from time to time people reach out to me and ask me to help them find a job. I was thinking maybe I could find a nationwide staffing agency that would allow me to Work Commission only or I would try to set up my own business.
