Brilliant video. One question/takeaway. In many CRM's the structure is as follows: Contact Record is a hub. That contact record may or may not be lead. Post "promotion" which in most systems simply means that the contact record has an associated record in the opportunities table or client/donor table. A lead may or may not convert to a customer. the way this way explained you'd be creating a customer/client record prior to a contact actually becoming a customer.
