I try to skip the olive oil. If I want olive flavor, I just puree olives with garlic, capers, and lemon juice.

I have been on plant based diet last 10 years and lost lots of weight, however I still feel always hungry and I mean always. I eat awful lot of salad, beans and fruit but fruit makes me bloated every time and unfortunately I can’t lose any more weight, no matter how much I exercise, and walking…
Just recently I tried extra virgin olive oil just because I run of operations (every winter I put 5 kg on)
I am actually shocked how it has helped me just only with brain- it feels reliving, calming for my brain- 🧠 stopped being constantly hungry and with in few days my weight just gone down. Still eating fruit after salad but don’t feel like I have to have more fruit.
Also I gained more energy, just speechless . I honestly wish I knew it before.

One of the first lessons I learned in my first Human Nutrition class was, "there are studies...and then there are studies." How big was this study? How long were people followed and/or tested? and sometimes most telling - WHO PAID FOR THE STUDY.

I’m not worrying about a small amount of quality olive oil in my home cooking. Look at the ready meals in the supermarket, full of canola, palm, butter, hidden dairy, all in the same product sometimes!

Ever since I’ve read Dr.Esselstyn book Prevent and Reverse heart disease and being diagnosed with HD. I’ve eliminated all oils, l have to be very careful because even vegan processed foods have a ton of processed oils in them. You have to read the labels because of hidden oils in the product. I’ve learned the hard way☮️🙏
