Woohoo! Mine is cloudy! You explained it AND showed it to us! Thank you because the others said "it hardens in refrigerator." It doesn't harden, it gets CLOUDY!!

I watched some videos on good and bad olive oils (many manufacturers use rotten rancid olives and mix in oils from multiple sources). Two good extra virgin olive oils I found reasonably priced... Goya found in many stores and Partanna found in Walmart.

I've done some research on this. Here are some things to look for when buying EVOO:
1) Organic, if possible. This is a tough one if you are trying to get all the factors to mesh in one brand.

2) First Cold Pressed- This means that the olive oil is being produced from the first not second or multiple pressings from the same crop. Better end product. Also the process itself must be extracted under cold conditions, no heating involved

3) Extra Virgin- This means no chemicals were used in the extraction process and that it has no odor or flavor. It's the best designation an olive oil can have.

4) Dark Glass Bottle- This maintains the freshness of the oil so the light doesn't affect its properties.
