Breakfast Meal Prep: Blueberry Crumble Muffins! 🫐

It's back to school season & that means getting back into the groove of early mornings out the door! Take some of the stress away by meal prepping these Blueberry Crumble Muffins ahead of time so you can grab and go on the way out the door.

💙 Muffin Batter:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup organic flour
1/2 cup organic oat flour
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup organic sugar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup organic coconut oil melted
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

💙 Crumble:
2 tbsp cold butter
1/3 cup organic flour
1/3 cup organic sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 delicious muffins!
