Great video! I freeze the sausage until almost completely frozen. Then I just slice the meat.
(There are usually lines printed on the sausage package as a guide for cutting). Remove the outside plastic, and you have perfectly formed patties. Fry up, let cool, assemble into your breakfast sandwiches!

Great idea. Suggestions, butter those Eng muffins. It will freeze fine. They do sell pre-made frozen sausage patties that price wise are equivalent to making your own out of a bulk tube. Thanks for sharing. BTW - great smile.
