As a Army Drill Sergeant and someone who’s certified to give the ACFT this is what I have to say....first good for her for attempting it. Second she failed the entire ACFT, you fail an event you fail the whole thing. Thirdly she didn’t keep her back straight during push ups, she turned around while dragging which is a termination, she didn’t touch her elbows during the leg tucks, and there was too much time between events. Not her fault that she didn’t do the events correctly she just wasn’t properly informed how to do them.

Running when you can't feel your legs is the worst. You constantly feel like you're legs aren't gonna support you and fall the entire time

This girl is amazingly strong especially given her tiny stature. She’s a little beast !

The ACFT standard is to complete it in one shot within 50 minutes or less. It looks like she took it broken up and throughout the day. However, she is a badass either way and I truly believe that if she took it the correct way with my Soldiers she would knock it out the park. She is pretty damn awesome

Glad to be posting some challenges again! I’m always trying to step up the quality of these videos. Hope you guys enjoy and I’ll see you in the next one ☝️Edit: I just now noticed I accidentally skipped from 33 to 43 on the pushups...10 pushups is the minimum for 60 pts so the score will be the same. Just wanted to clarify!

Wow, she is TINY! She looks like a child next to Austin. At first when she said she was 90lbs I was like WHAT!? Then I realized that she's like, 4' nothin' and it suddenly made sense.

Considering this was her first time to do all these events I think she did great. Give her a few weeks to practice and she would have crushed it

bro if y’all can do this and not be dripping sweat by the second push-up, wow i’m amazed

Most people fail to realize in events like this, it’s down to the individual, not the branch.

Coming from an actual Army soldier, everything was done wrong. It wasn’t the right bar for the deadlift but that can slide I guess. The ball for the ball throw is supposed to be 10 lbs. The pushups were miscounted. Both hands must be on the rope at all times for the drag in the sprint drag carry and you can only back pedal. And for the leg tucks, both knees must touch your elbows. And I don’t know how accurate the 2 mile was. We usually just run 8 laps on an actual track. And you forgot to add her 36 push-ups to the total score

Loved it!! Don't judge a small.person, sometimes they surprise you, have more heart than a tall person!! 99 pound marine, much respect!! This a woman to fear and give respect to.

The ACFT is much better to my mind than the old PT test. Much more interesting than push-ups, sit-ups, and 2-mile run.

Back in 88, I believe I scored a 250 with 44 push-ups (can't do them worth squat), 91 sit-ups, and a 12:12 in the 2 mile run. Using the new track at Fort Ord really made a difference in my 2 mile time as the normal runs I'd do on Reservation Road resulted in times around 14:40 consistently.
