The fact that they don’t know what words to use proves they’re real marines

One tip for running I got from my fellow Marine is to use more of the front of your feet instead of rocking them throughout the run. As in don't land on your heals and then rock off, since the landing wastes the momentum and energy from the previous stride. Going down and up hill, land with as much contact as possible using the front of your feet. Downhill, larger strides; uphill, smaller strides.

We used to do PFT right after the club closes at 4 in the morning and get back to MCAS Futenma, Okinawa. And still managed to get a 288 PFT. I was 24. Now 37. Can barely finish 3 miles little over 30 mins.

The tip on 4:37 is good especially if you are getting tired or winded. Plus I also really like the demonstration.

I really need to work on my pull up strength. I can't even lift my own body weight. So I'm definitely gonna have to use the resistance band method.

Not marine corps but mcjrotc we take the pft. We do the crunches 105 in 2 minutes pull ups 20 in 2 minutes and 1 mile run under 6 min. Since the program started we have had 5 or 6 cadets get a perfect 300. I am going to try and use this to be the next
