Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. This was necessary to post Bro. The ex had me blocked still living under my roof. Kept making excuses even after they were exposed for cheating. They were actually mad that I found out and “punished” me by blocking me. I ultimately filed for divorce and mysteriously was unblocked. 😂 I blocked them and went no contact and haven’t looked back.

When you’re in the middle of the abuse, what they say and do can hurt deep.
Now, sometimes I think about what he used to say and do and laugh.

It took me almost 6 years to find out about her BPD, at first I thought it was NPD, they have a lot of overlap. So glad she dumped me the way she did. It really taught me how to sus out snakey people. Talk about a silver lining! In the end it is cowardly to block someone who you have abandoned and cheated on. Cowards are very dangerous!!

They block you because they don’t want to face their actions and take accountability for them. If they did they would have to take on a lot of guilt and shame. It’s easier to close the chapter like a box, ignore the wrecking ball of their actions and move on quickly to new supply

My narc literally did this to me 2 weeks ago. Blocked me when I presented her with a picture of her and someone else. The picture was recent.

Im so glad that ig allows you to block them if they block you. My narc kept playing the blocking game and i went ahead and did it for him - permanently. 13 months of no contact! So proud of myself. 🙌
