Brazilian nuts are too high in selenium & phosphorus !!! So, one, or two / day is recommended, but people with kidney diseases should avoid it ! This video was very good one to watch !! Thank you !! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤💞

I don't agree about coconut oil. The medium chain fatty acids are partially water soluble and make breaking them down easier on the liver, not harder. This also makes the energy provided more available so that it's quickly useable. It has its problems in some people. In my case it precipitated digestive problems over time when I consumed above a certain amount. It can also cause allergic responses in some people. But Bestie's analysis I don't agree with.
