I couldn't agree more. You dont need to deprive yourself of the food you enjoy, just eat in moderation. I eat smaller portions.

1. Sugar (No matter what form its in. For example: Brown Sugar, Honey, etc.)
2. Vegetable Oils (No low Quality Oils such as Sunflower, Canola, Corn & Soy Bean Oil ) *Use Olive Oil & Coconut Oil.
3. Cheese & Margarine (No low Quality Cheeses) *Use Feta, Mozzarella & Blue Cheese. *Use Peanut Butter & Almond Butter.
4. Processed Meats
5. Fried Foods
6. Fast Foods
7. Cakes & Ice Creams
8. Soft Drinks
9. Alcohol
***Don't comsume more than 200 milligrams of Cholesterol per day. Over 94 million adults over 20 years old have High Cholesterol.

Ldl is not all bad only the small particle kind that can penitrait tissue arteries, push your gp for a advance lipid test not the standard one.

Damn, he was coming down on "most" things I enjoy -ham, cheese, sweet tea, salt, sugar, the odd cake, ice cream and a glass of wine .
I dont care so much for fast food or fizzy drinks .
Ive just had a blood test and my LDL Cholesterol is 4.1 .
Im gonna have to start eating hoary foods or risk my health 😒

The seed oils myth persists on the internet because it’s trendy and clickbait to repeat it. They are not high in trans fat or saturated fat. They are polyunsaturated fats and have been shown to actually reduce LDL and triglycerides in some studies, even when heated and used for cooking. Butter and coconut oil, on the other hand, very high in saturated fat, will drive up your LDL when used for cooking. Avocado oil is great for cooking because it has a high smoke point, but olive oil should not be used for cooking because it has a very low smoke point even though it is the best of the plant oils because it is monounsaturated fat. Cooking with Canola oil is fine.

Just eat everything in moderation, don’t listen to them, otherwise what we will eat if they are not good for us, life is too short, just enjoy the food that you like in moderation 🤣

Look. It's simple. If you have high cholesterol avoid everything that tastes good.
Think of a food or drink that you like to consume. IT'S BAD FOR YOU, WHATEVER IT IS.

vegetable oils are not high in saturated fat at all and if they were they would be less bad for you as they are stable.

Well, ugh…my diet pretty much follows all the recommended paths put forth in this particular vid…still have high numbers. Attempting to be healthy is, honestly, a real pain in the A$$..but it’s really the only path to choose. Another handful of nuts, please!💕

I have high cholesterol the only one on the list I have is organic cheese. In very small quantity twice a week.
I don't costume any other's you have described.
