Last week we published our Top 5 Cars of 2021 that we reviewed on the channel last year and if you haven’t seen that video, go check it out, but this week, we reveal the other end of the spectrum.

These are the cars that were either a let down, were underwhelming or just the cars we’d avoid at all costs.

Wholeheartedly agree in your comment about the bland SUV trend bizarrely taking the world by storm. Sedans and hatches we’re perfectly practical with families for many decades; yet suddenly everyone from soccer mum to millennial graduate needs a hideous, soulless cross over or compact SUV because they’re ‘practical’, despite often having less boot space than a golf. SUV’s should be off-roaders or nothing; yet even then all those prados and rangers never see the light of so much as a gravel track.

Every lamentful road-bound SUV bought by a youngin’ represents someone who will never seriously enjoy cars; sadly gone are the days of hot hatches and sporty sedans being the young man’s pick.

And don’t get me started with these ‘performance SUV’ releases people are slurping up, how any car enthusiast could think adding long-travel suspension to a performance car is a good thing beggars belief.

The Q-ass-cow is a hateful bona fide monument to everything wrong with car buyers today. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

As a mechanic who started his apprenticeship in the late 1980s, I DO NOT fondly remember the Holden any of the other Euro stuff they sold, or even the Korean stuff they they stopped serving this stuff up to people they may still be around today.

I think you guys overall are as objective as you can be in your reviews. Keep doing what you are doing and just ignore the people that become angry, because they had one of these cars and never had issues. They just don't understand the concept of statistics.

I have to add one more, the Holden Epica, the only car I’ve ever seen that had a money back guarantee from the factory (in the form of store credit) - it was even more bland then the Cruze and drove as uninspiring as a barge. Keep up the great videos!!!
