Drove that highway Sept 13th on our way to Greenville S.Carolina, it started raining then, we were in Greenville Friday night, Saturday night and sightseeing Sunday till about 3pm, then drove to Blowing Rock N.Carolina, and spent 3 days there, it rained everyday some part of everyday we were there, dirt parking lots were flooded already around Boone N.Carolina.
