I do own an older iPad model and I don't see myself upgrading any time soon. I just don't use it enough. The Macbook can do everything the iPad can do and more. Great video as always man🔥

Agreed on your thoughts, I tend to use the iPad as the secondary go to-more for watching YouTube or using social media where as the MacBook is my go to for work related items and creating content

I myself don't see you could make an iPad your daily driver. Admittedly, I haven't owned one in years so I don't know how far they've come, but I just can't see there being a comparable amount of fluidity between using a laptop and tablet for a laptop's job.

I need help! For a laptop i will mostly used it for presentation ppt not a heavy user, more like media consumption, watching youtube, Netflix. Im stuck between a macbook air m3 16gb ram(1150$) or an ipad air and a windows laptop(600$+500$). Which one should i go with?

This is a very simplified view of the iPad. Using specific examples of what you can’t do on a iPad doesn’t negate everything else you can do, that most people actually do, that is similar to the Mac. iPadOS is much newer than MacOS and is a different direction from traditional Operating Systems like macOS. Over the years iPadOS has transformed a ton, many feel it has been slow but I would argue it has been intentional. I think in the next 5 years or less, you’ll be able to code on the iPad which will remove all of these bad arguments. I appreciate the take, but it is such a short-sighted view of what you can’t actually DO on an iPad.
