Hoping Ring comes out with a schedule setting for each zone. I want alerts for my driveway ONLy during the day but I want the street AND driveway alerts at nighttime.

Why is the top of the screen on the motion zone cropped? That's mainly the place where I needed to set the motion zone :( is there a way to work around this?

Flood light camera catches every car moving on street out of my motion zone which is my front yard only;
settings sensitivity is at minimum
will only stop if i choose people only setting !kind of annoying because people came in my drive in cars and unless they get out of the car i wont get any notifications

There is literally no point in the different motion zones if you cant set individual settings in them. I.e i want zone 1 to give me alerts between 9am to 7pm and the zone 2 to give me jus recordings, no alerts, between 7pm to 8am. Ive played around but cant figure this out, if anyone can do this then help!

nice job. But how can you set up recording without triggering the alarm. Example: living room, you want to get dogs video recorded inside the house but not trigger the alarm. How can you do that? what is the setting and does that feature also work for people moving inside the living room without triggering the alarm? Thx.

can chime make a different tone for the doorbell ringing versus motion detection? So you can differentiate between someone ringing your doorbell versus walking by?

I wish this worked. My new Spotlight Cam plus sends me alerts even when someone is walking past my house (c30 feet from the camera) when the Zone is limit set for 20 feet (or even less). Motion sensitivity is set to the minimum. My Doorbell cam works a treat, ignring passers by, so I think there maybe an issue with the Spotlight Cam Plus?

Hello ring I need your help I have the stick up cam battery that is awesome except for when I am watching a recorded video it freezes up and it's very choppy I have the chime pro with full service to both cameras I have excellent Wi-Fi will the wired cameras give me a better playback please let me know so I can fix this problem

Crazy how I don’t have that people/person only option. Not on my stick up cam nor the floodlight. I purchased my floodlight back in November 2021 and I just got the stick up cam last month. Is this an older feature?
