How do I set the flood cam to not trigger a motion from flying insects at night...it is recording extremely often ? I have it set to only sense people.

It would be great it you had a motion sensitivity adjustment for the light as well as the camera.
My light is triggered by the slightest thing, I've had to set the detection zone to minimum to stop annoying the neighbors all night.

I installed my floodlight camera today and now that it’s dark out the lights aren’t coming on with motion. It’s recording with motion but the lights only work if I turn them on in the app. Any suggestions?

How come we do not get motion zones we can setup more granularly (like the drawing feature we see here) on the spotlight battery version? and I called in today but the customer service agent seems to be trained to be a robot. Verification of account and straight into barking out orders to test my equipment. At no time did she tried to ask about what sort of questions we actually had. Very disappointing...
