This seems backwards. It would seem that the area that is shaded is the area the camera will ignore. The clear areas would be the areas the camera could see.

For some reason when I go to set up my zones, the camera view is super zoomed in. It doesn’t show the whole camera view. I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to zoom the view out to where I can set a zone where I want. Do you know why this is happening?

Why is the view of my live camera and the view when adjusting zones different? My live view shows the tree that I'm trying to block and zone view doesn't.
Also, I'm trying to zone 2 a small area, but it won't allow figure this out

No bro the first blue zone u can make it as wide as u want the 2nd mode is when u want to capture a certain angle that the camera don’t focus on, for example if it only detects someone passing by and not in the center u can adjust it

Very helpful. Is it possible to add an edit point in a zone? Can't figure that out and could use more points! Thanks

So you can create multiple zones, but can you activate them separately?
Say zone 1 is for my drive only. Zone 2 covers my drive and the road, which I want to activate during the nighttime.
Is it possible to automatically select zone one in the day, and zone 2 at night?
I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere.

I wish they made it that you could put a timer for second zone for example motion would turn on late at night and turn off at a set time so I could also get an alert if someone was breaking into neighbours car at night but I can’t leave that motion on because when they come and go during day I get notified

I had a question.. say your default zone had 50% sensitivity but you made a 2nd zone and wanted to increase the sensitivity to 75% to target a specific zone outside of the default zone.. in my Ring app it only lets me make more zones over the existing default zone, you cant pic a zone and use it only.. Is my question correct??
