Be rich, powerful, and famous.
Otherwise the lawyer's minimum wage receptionist will be the only person you talk to for 15 seconds..

All great points. Because attorneys choose who they work with, many use the dollar value of the case as a screening criteria. If you have a case that is only worth a few hundred thousand dollars, most competent attorneys will not want to touch it. Then you are left with ones who may not have the experience who can deal with the case effectively! And considering all of this is subjective and no one is guaranteed a win, it puts a person in a extremely dire situation especially when the time is about to run out on them in a case!

You're very helpful.
I appreciate your having made these videos.
Never in my 61 years could I have imagined I'd have a restraining order imposed upon me...I thought the truth mattered I thought the person who took me to court would have to have proof.

Thanks for the video.

How should people present their case to you guys? Should we prepare a comprehensive presentation, in chronological order, explaining as much as possible and the implications of the main issues? Or are you more interested in brief, but concise, coving only the direct legal issues?

Thanks again!

The problem lies in attorneys being more concerned with money & prestige, than the actual function of their chosen professoon.

I have a 14 years old, long and big complicated social case evolving neglect on my person, and its really rough to get through and find a lawyer to go in depth with the whole case which is still getting worse and more complex as the days go by.

Now its already looking so bad that I might even be looking for two lawyers to take on each their subject of my case.

So consuming and stressing while being pressures by the same institute who pays me, a part of the state so we all way for it.

The feeling is something between getting robbed and bullied on our own financially supported demise.

Its frustrating as my cognigtive abilities, overview and my verbal ability to summarize all of it down, is really challenged at this point.

While I’m risking the safe zone we all call home, where I’ve lived at for over 10 years this year.

Thanks for the video <3

The client is giving money in this transaction, the attorney is providing support to the client for the money. If the client is difficult then charge them more. Does it take more effort to put up with difficulty? Do difficult people deserve less chance at equal representation?

This is why I let the lawyer know what I need help with. After that, I let them know what my capabilities are with dealing with the situation, then I let them know of other tasks, and if they can't achieve every goal, I asked them how to go about it. If they tell me to find another lawyer, I then let other people know if they ask me, to ring my current lawyer, and then ring the next lawyer who I would find if need be. I then follow all the instructions given to me. I then pass those instructions onto the people who need to know about them. Then I let everybody do their jobs and I sit back and wait for progress to happen. If you do what you're told, most of the time you end up in a lot less trouble.

How about money? Isn't the financial situation of the client also important?
