Thanks for the advise, I had an attorney who not just took my 10k and did nothing, but far from helping me the city did 2 continuances for a preliminary hearing because they had nothing and my attorney did 3 continuances behind my back, so 5 and a whole year wasted, while the city was still trying to incriminate me, so they justified the major mistake they had done, I had to hire another lawyer and still working out of this bag of lies. Still don’t know that even if you ask those questions what happens if the attorney don’t deliver or do their job? Thanks.

Thanks! Good advice. Any idea what kind of lawyer I would hire to stop my condo association from taking away my parking spot that I was assigned when I bought the condo. The location of the parking spot was one of the reasons I bought the place.

Hello, I am being sued at the current moment. This helped a lot, question, I am being sued by the a towing company. I wanted to go to bankruptcy because I may lose the case. Should I go into bankruptcy before the losing the lawsuit or after?
