Waking up early (while still ensuring enough sleep) certainly is a game changer to ensure you have time to prioritize yourself in the morning before everyone else needs your attention. Been waking up 4-5 the past 7-8 years or so, which has been life changing 😊☀️

thank you for this video, for a person that's not a morning person I really need to give the 5 am routine a try at least for the month and see how it goes for me.. so with that said with start for the 1st of March . You really made sense on a lot of things to improve myself for sure and live a longer life. As a 56 yr old i need that motivation and inspiration, Thank you again this awesome video.

U should try different intermittent fasting schedules. 16/8 for 24hrs omad etc to see benefits

Actually, when I used to wake up at 5AM and start the day with just doing cardio I felt so energized later throughout the day. Certainly, I'm not one of those successful people yet I believe even if it's 7 or 8 AM that we wake up; if you have planned how your day is going to be before falling asleep last night you already are ahead. It's like meal preparation for any nutrition goals you might have either cutting or bulking etc.

Ty Aseel, you help brighten my day, I don't have diabetes but I have hypothyroidism and a couple of injuries from working out wrong in the past-- bulging discs and sciatica from it. You got me beat I been waking up at 730am on average the last few months and that's pacific time that's like 1030 am eastern time, you are east coast guy which means you start your day 5 and half-hours before me at 5am est

Guy at my work wakes up at 2am to go gym to then start work at 4am, keeps asking me to goto his gym, but im happy going after work at 4pm.

I mean.. look if you go to sleep at 9 PM then waking up at 5 AM is easy.

but all the fun stuff in life happens past 9 PM 😄
