Yoda would've destroyed the empire before it even truly began, but Anakin as the new emperor sounds unlikely. A new era of chaos would begin. Every former ally of Palpatine would try to take over and a civil war would start.

*intense lightsaber duel begins, both of the two Sith’s power are almost evenly matched, but Vader enticed ALL of his rage and focused it all on Jar Jar, and Jar Jar jumped to another Senate pod. Jar Jar would send EVERY pod flying towards Vader, but Vader stops it with the Force, and he CRUSHES all of the pods at once.
**FAST FORWARD**
Darth Jar Jar: Yousa may have 20000 midichlorians, but meesa is so powerful!
Vader: YOU WILL NOT TAKE THE TITLE FROM ME!!!
Darth Jar Jar: It’s over!!!
Vader sends all of the pieces of the pods that he crushed earlier and sends them all FLYING towards the EXTREMELY tired Jar Jar, and this gives Vader the opportunity to levitate him with the force and crush his organs till he was dead. And all of the pod pieces finally hit Jar Jar’s pod and the pod falls to the ground. Vader is FURIOUS that Jar Jar would try to take his position, so he would have to send a mass transmission to the entire galaxy and tell them that he was now the Emperor, and he would declare that he will hunt down any remaining Jedi that survived Order 66, and if any planets refused to comply, they would be crushed by…here comes the funny…THE SUPER DEATH STAR 9000!!! Now no one, NO ONE, could EVER stop the Empire, not even Yoda!
