How to Fix Error Server Execution Failed

If you are trying to play audio or video files on windows media player
and getting this error message pop up: "Server execution failed"
then try these couple simple tips to fix it!

Sometimes just clicking X doesn't really close the player. It's still running in the background so the next time you try to play another file you get this error message. Simply go to your task manager and end task to close the player. Then you can play again with no issues.
