Had the same issue on macOS Monterey. Force Quite -> Finder relaunch worked! I am not able to connect back to the NAS without restart.

I am connected to windows shared folders (thru connect to server) but :

1. It grays out certain drives which I browsed while connecting

2. After editing the file i can't find any option to save the changes in the original file within the server

I have a customer that would like one of the NAS servers that pop up in his sidebar to be hidden. Is this possible in Big Sur? This isn't exactly a normal thing to be needed, so I can kind of understand the difficulty in hiding a server, but I would like to have the ability.
