The cop shooting him is "concerning" but a 15 year old kid with a fake gun that looks real looking for a victim to rob is somehow not "concerning"?

I've done some dumb things as a kid but, this....Are you tired of life?

That gun looks real the cop shouldn’t be in trouble they should show this video so it makes others not walk around with fake guns

15 year old kid, who just happens to be about 6'2" and 185lbs walking around wearing all black, hood pulled up and carrying a very convincing not-firearm. Then you add multiple calls to police about this subject pointing this gun at homes? Yeah, that's how you get shot .

Probably not a good idea walking around with a toy gun pointing at people, considering the murder / crime rate.

This is why fake guns are supposed to have orange tips.

That was kind of stupid of him to do. Nobody knew it was a toy but him.

This is what you get when you walk around with a fake gun and point it at houses. Any police officer would have reacted in the same way.

Bad parenting to blame there NOT the police who was only doing his job. You'd think after the last incident around that area where a child with a toy gun was killed by police, parents would be more vigilant in teaching their children this is a bad idea.

Why is the kid pointing a fake gun at houses?

Seems like he got the response he wanted. Sounds like a money grab. You can walk around waving a gun, get shot while holding it, and then probably sue for a significant amount. The community response doesn't surprise me either. Blame and no individual accountability is the standard response.

Apparently dad hasn’t taught his kid much. 🤦🏻‍♂️

How are you supposed to know if it's a fake gun or not

A 15 year old only walks around with a fake gun for one reason...He doesn't have a real one yet.

The officer had no idea it was a fake gun. The officer actually showed great restraint in only firing one time and hitting him in the hand. This could have been a much worse outcome. The officer also immediately started first aide. Officers should never be required to wait until the person holding the firearm starts shooting.
