The last thing those officers saw was a person fleeing in a vehicle at 90+ mph, who had fired shots at them, and then jumps out with a ski mask on, runs, and turns towards them like he was going to open fire. You mean to tell me you are gonna wait for someone to shoot at you to defend yourself? Condolences to the family, glad the officers are fine. This man had plenty of opportunity to peacefully surrender. That's on him.

It looks like it may have been excessive just how many times he was shot but he put himself into that situation Obviously all the details are yet to be released but it appears he shot a gun while he was in the car at police and jumped out of a car and ran if he would have complied from the beginning none of this would have happened.
