There are other professionals I trust MUCH more who say as long as K2 is taken along with vitamin D, toxicity is almost unheard of, even at much higher doses.

You cut out, right after she said 4000IU is max, she says she takes 5000 everyday

Vitamin D deficiency is correlated with obesity. My DNA SNPs indicated my receptors are defective. I take 50, 000 ius daily with K2. The higher dose mitigates the defect and enables weight-loss. 😊

NO. She's wrong. You almost can't take too much vitamin D. The 'toxicity' comes from insufficient cofactors: magnesium, vitamin k2, boron and a couple others. K2 and magnesium are most important.
10, 000 iu per day is a good dose.
A blood level of 100ng/ml is a nice minimum. The accepted levels are way too low.
Lifeguards in Florida are often found to have around 125nm/ml, without supplementing.
That's a nice level.
