My physician recommended men's Rogaine for me because it has 5% of the medication that regrows hair. The women's version isn't as strong. I also use L'oreal Root Growth cover up spray to hide the sparse areas. It helps me feel better about it. 😊

I lost alot of my hair due to 3 separate bouts of Sepsis (I'm immuno suppressant) My thick hair became so thin i was devastated, because to me, my hair was the nicest part of me except from my eyes. I was so frightened that people would make fun of me. But after 7 weeks in hospital and icu, my sister took me to a hair salon. The hairdresser was extremely discreet, sensitive and put me at ease. I basically told her to do whatever would look best and she gave me a edgey comb over bob. Normally i have a fringe (but it had grown out during covid) and a short at the front and asymmetric gradual long at the back bob. It was different and i had to get used to styling my hair in a different way. But 2 years later most of my hair has grown back.

I was able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken a three-month apart. First one in Jan, second in March. It's important to apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into scalp with very little pressure. Do not pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. I have less hair fall overall. I apply it at night, the serum does not make your hair sticky, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. I also, switched pillows cases to satin so that sleep is easier on my hair.
