My hair was damaged and falling out, so I decided to get hair extensions to "fix it" after several years I realized it was a bandaid cure. I had to rip it off and heal from the inside out. 3 years ago I took out my hair extensions that were doing more harm then good, and got my first hair cut in 10 years. It was a tough trnaisiton period as I figured out what worked for me. I can happily say 3 years later I have the hair of my dreams, thank you all for supporting this journey. Here is an update at where my hair is at and what I am doing for my hair these days.

“I want to thank my body for being there for me and that this part of me still stayed” Instant tears - I’m 8 months into my hair loss/regrowth journey and this resonated so deeply! Thank you for sharing your journey!

Keltie I relate so much. I’m 24 now, and since I was 16 I have dealt with severe anxiety-caused hair loss. I know how devastating it is to go around the world feeling like crap about your hair and dealing with the constant anxiety cycle of having the effects of anxiety just making the whole situation even worse.
I’m 6 months out now from my hair loss stopping thank the lord! So while I’m way behind you on my repair and heal journey, I just want to say I relate to you and I am so happy for your successes.

I have finally found a woman that I can relate to. I have been stuggling with my relationship with food and exercise, and you are truly motivating, that even I can find the things that can work for me. Hopefully after some time I will be able to see the difference in my hair - and then I will send you some pics! Love you Keltie, thank you! 💕

Keltie could not tell it louder to us: take care of your physical, but also your mental health! We usually forget how much stress can affect our overall health and, yes, even appearance. In the beginning of 2022, I've lost almost 50% of my hair due to stress caused by series of toxic events and self-caused pressure in career aspect. That was a huge wake up call for me. So, I made some changes. I changed my hair routine, I distanced from toxic people and relationships, promised myself I will not feel bad if I don't work and discovered so many things I enjoy doing. Life is better, I'm much happier person (I actually smile and laugh all the time), and yes, my hair is way better. It's not long as I want it to be yet, but I'm getting there. So, take care of yourself, guys. Keltie is right (again). :D

"Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast." I think of this quote so often, it applies to so much.

Wow I can’t believe that was 3 years ago already!! Proud of you Keltie!! Some people feel like “it’s just hair” but I totally get it. My hair is part of my identity too. I have found a grey hair here and there and I’m terrified of when it actually starts taking over. Thank you for normalizing insecurities. ❤

Honestly, you looked great, young and refreshed after taking out the extensions. I think it's a matter of mental state and whether we're in a good or negative place in our lives that drives our self image. This was a really good video. Thank you for making it!

Keltie, I’m so glad you posted this. It just so happens I’ve had my extensions for 3 years and the last couple months I’ve been debating taking them out and regrowing my hair. I’ve been so torn emotionally about this decision. Your video is so inspiring to me and I am happy to say I’m going to start my journey now (health) and take them out just before summer. Thank you thank you for being so real! ❤

I lost most of my hair after my husband and my mom both died months apart. Extreme stress/grief and barely eating, I lost more than half to where I had to wear a hat. I tried everything, but the thing which worked the most wasn't even for hair. City Beauty's Skin Restore supplement made my hair grow like crazy and start to finally stop breaking/falling out and fill in noticeably. It's for skin health, but worked for hair far better than hair supplements. I tried it when people using were getting aggravated they needed haircuts more frequently. I can't recommend enough.

OMG! You posted this Vedic in a right time for me. I have been struggling with my hair since I had COVID, and I started losing my hair. It is making me so sad, but I decided to start a hair growth journey. Thank you for your video <3

That episode of Huberman Lab is incredible. Going through my own health and hormone issues, hoping to see continued hair growth results the more I learn about what’s going on internally. Finding a physician who validates and believes you seems like an insurmountable task. Congrats on your progress!

I'm adding to the list as a budget girlie on a hair growth journey:
- Shea Moisture Extra Moisture retention shampoo and conditioner
- Shea Moisture Strenghten & Restore hair treatment masque
- Mielle Rosemary and Mint scalp oil (A MUST)
- K18 mask (pricy, but so worth it if you have bleached hair or any kind of damage)

Everything can be bought from iherb, except for K18. I've been using these for a year now, my hair stylist told me she's shocked how much my hair grew last time she saw me (9 months since the last haircut)
