Dont get microplastic in your hair. Dont put plastic in hot water with oil in it. The olastic will leech into your oil

I use hot oil to pre-detangle my hair every time i wash my hair, which is about every 10 days.
Then i shampoo & condition.
But I don't detangle again at the conditioning phase, i just gently rake the conditioner through my strands & twist in sections, and let it sit for a few mins. Then i rinse out.

That's basically my wash day in a nutshell unless I'm doing a hair mask as well.
