After losing 3 stone on The 1:1 Diet and maintaining 11 years.

Disclaimer - this is just an example of 1 day! Not what I eat every day but I do tend to stick to a calorie deficit Monday-Friday to allow for more indulgence at the weekends (this is the way I choose to maintain).

I have also recently introduced the gym 3 x a week 👏🏻

This is what more people need to realise! you can have a late breakfast and an early dinner with a late night snack. You don't need to eat just because it's "that time"!
