I’m not just saying this to give you more credit than deserved, but realistically watching over two and a half hours of footage going over stuff like this has really taken my game to another level. People in the gym are commenting about how I got so much faster, but it’s just because I’m looser now

Most channels have lots of subscribers because most people are beginners and they make simple content for that audience. Your channel is very technical and great info for guys like myself that have been training for a while. Thanks man you deserve more recognition.

Awesome explanations. The tricky thing with feinting is that the moment you're thinking about feinting, it distracts your mind from what your opponent is doing. I guess you need to drill it until it becomes second nature!

Had my first fight on Saturday in Muay Thai kick-boxing. The advice on staying loose (not just in shoulders, but the legs) was invaluable - this channel is the real deal.

Won by unanimous decision 👍

Feints are one of the most key components in the game in my humble opinion. That includes feet and hip feints, even eye feints.

I discovered your channel 2 weeks ago and I can’t stop watching and learning, I listen while I train, eat, and use the techniques in my mind when I sleep. Thank you Coach Keppner, you’re gold to us self taught fighters.

Seriously, this channel is like a $1000 video course, but free. Which makes it priceless. :)

Great work coach! Keep it up! What I tell my fighters is: feinting is free and it will bring you a lot of money if you use it !

I actually learned how powerful feinting is from teaching my son how to fight. Fighting is pretty much just mind games. Because I have fought my son so much he knows what I like to do and how I like to do it. So I have to use feinting as some sort of mind game to make him think I want to do something I normally do to do something else and catch him off guard.

These long form videos are awesome and so in depth! The only downside is that I train so much better on Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday (the workouts after watching your videos) than I do the rest of the week...

Absolutely excellent content. Your channel will blow up sir, just keep posting.

I'm sure you already have something like this on your content list but I'd be very interested to see your advice on conditioning for amateurs. All the best coach

Thanks for making this. I forget to gather information. I used them to close the gap safely, I use them to draw out counters and just this last week I was tired and my opponent could tell and started to become aggressive so I just started feinting relentlessly only occasionally sending an actual punch and it definitely kept him at bay. I just need to build a habit of the first one, gathering info. Thats what we are doing when we train. Building habits
