Hi Calvin, I have question about stress test. If you are dealing with subject property, do you look at the mortgage payment at given rate for the rental property( not subject)or do you look at benchmark payment for rental property?

Hello Calvin.. I am planning to get my Mortgage Agent Certificate. I have two questions:-
1.) What is the average acceptance rate of brokerages for applications from New Mortgage agents who apply to work from them.
2.) Is there any other licenses that I can/should add to enhance my employability/Earnings ?
