Today’s Form Friday Challenge is all about relaxing and easing TMJ pain or jaw tightness! ⁣

Have you ever had one of those high anxiety days where you find your mind still racing at bedtime? I know I have! I find that doing a little meditation before bed can be great for helping my mind calm down and get into a parasympathetic state. Before you give me a lot of resistance to meditation 🤣(even though it is amazing!) I wanted to offer another way for you to wind down at night that feels great. ⁣

Thank you so much for this tip. I’m in so much pain right now (headache/tmj pain) and this has given some relief before bed.

I just started experiencing pain on right side of jaw.
Seems my upper and lower jaw are not aligned.
I'll try your massage.
