Today’s Form Friday Challenge is all about relaxing and easing TMJ pain or jaw tightness!
Have you ever had one of those high anxiety days where you find your mind still racing at bedtime? I know I have! I find that doing a little meditation before bed can be great for helping my mind calm down and get into a parasympathetic state. Before you give me a lot of resistance to meditation 🤣(even though it is amazing!) I wanted to offer another way for you to wind down at night that feels great.
