I recovered over the years, and now my shoulder is less likely to dislocate. I have been doing shoulder stability exercises. I believe now I am less likely to have a shoulder injury.

Let me know if I remember incorrectly but when I use to pay for espn I watched season 5 of TUF and they cut out this last fight and Nates victory speech on there. He pretty much said the house sucked and wouldnt recommend it lol

I've dislocated my shoulder 5-6 times, it hurts a lot. I've managed to re-locate it by myself. You need to have a pain tolerance for such traumas.

This happened to me in a street fight 😂 worst pain you could imagine, still won the fight and popped my shoulder back in at the end but it was useless for about a month after and ngl I almost passed out from the pain about 30 minutes after it all happened.
