Dealing with this now I haven’t fallen I had two neck surgery in 2018, then 2020 due to an on the job injury back in October I went into the ER because I was feeling a pain in my upper shoulders along the top of my back they said it was back sprain and spasms I also felt a pinch on top of right shoulder for about four to five months now I been feeling pain in my right shoulder couldn’t put my arm behind my back or wash my back thought I pulled an muscle so I put bio freeze on it nothing then last week I was carrying a bag that had a 2L soda and there goes the worst pain I felt as if my bone was rubbing together so the next day when I woke up I had some tingling in my right hand so back to the ER I go they took X rays and the doctor showed and told me that what I felt I was right because my collarbone was lifted from my AC joint and the ligaments where trapped as well I had a lot of swelling now I’m in a shoulder immobilizer until I go see the orthopedic surgeon on the

What about when the clavicle suddenly pops away from the sternum doc??? Why don’t docs seem concerned to fix this. And how can that be accomplished??

I fell off a motorcycle and rolled a couple of times before skidding on my arse to a stop. I think it Destabilised my AC joint. And melted my leathers. 🤣 Sore as a mofu.
