Honestly, I've seen a few videos on more or less the same topic because they randomly came up in my recs but this is by far the best video. I mean, it feels like you're describing what I've been going through, mentally.

I think I need to rewire my brain to the way it was. I was happier and now I have to remind myself that people will use you in more ways than you can expect out of what they are doing. As I don't have to remind myself that the world today is so two faced and is so predictable, that you have to remind oneself to not act as they do and learn to tune out the ridiculous clutter the mind games can set you up to believe. As I see through the stupidity of others I learn to find the better person I once was. People let you see themselves as who they think you should see them as. As I see through the mask that they use and go with that facts that are of course different but are what they are. I'm glad I could keep a open mind and see some good in things that did leave a bitter taste of honey to know of. 😐

and if u have constant problems in a circle, that are phisically constant on your daily life, try to get out of that loop first, and the follow what this video says, i think thats key to change for good. Hope it helps someone

I have been struggling with thinking properly these days, since there are too much stuffs that is going on inside my mind that makes me go insane, its like my emotions/feelings are taking over me and my sanity lmao, anyway thank you for the video, it somehow helped me a little clearing things up in my mind :)

I don't know why, but most of the time I wish something to happen but the opposite happens. So, now I just think of what I didn't wanted to happen, and it somehow works. I got what I wanted even though I was wishing for the opposite.
