just plug the phone to the pc/laptop..leave it for 2 hours ...it will charge slowly..and then switch on the phone..go to battery under settings..go down click on "more battery settings" uncheck fast charging..if you dont use samsung orginal charger..keep it offf...your phone will take 2hrs 30 mins to charge..but you can avoid this issue happening again

If you HAVE a second Samsung Galaxy that supports wireless charging, try to charge it with that instead of the cable.
It took a while, but I was so relieved when I saw the dead phone say 1% battery!

Mine takes 10 hours to charge, and when I play it while it's charging it slowly goes down. It only has 32gb. It's so laggy too, truly the worst tablet I've ever had.
