The more time I spend on the health and body side of YouTube, the more it seems that I have inherited just about every negative body feature in existence.

Am I missing something? The video details what causes flat feet (which was educational) but doesn't seem to answer the question in the title: How to fix flat feet. They direct you to their 'program' for that.

I tell myself I have royalty in my bloodline since strenuous time on my feet causes me to rest a lot. Then I laugh at all my arched foot peasants working long hours in the field as I prop my non-callous feet up after taking a 5 minute stroll outside. But this brought me back to reality. Very informative - thanks.

I've had high arches but fallen ones as well. I am in the 95th percentile for high arches in over 50 countries. Genetically I have huge calfs and never worked out as a kid. Also, I was told by chiropractors to wear arches and shoes in the house. Today I have weak feet, fallen arches and bent knees. I'm 22 years old and this video explained everything perfectly so that I understood how my past issues caused this to happen over time. I now have back, hip, knee issues at 22. Exercise and stay healthy please. Losing weight significantly helps too!

Just last week i found out i am flat footed. It was my friend who noticed and told me and i didnt know about it. After that i searched about flat foot and i really am.
Now i understand why my ankle, knees, and back hurts. Also my job requires a lot of standing so i almost dragged my other leg upon going home. Walking for a long time causes my feet to hurt a lot .

At 31 years old, I’ve had flat feet as long as I can remember. Never had any issues until now. Heel pain. Low back pain. And I have a sideways curvature in my spine that I just discovered leading to tightness in just one side of my back. I hope switching to barefoot shoes and strengthening my feet will help alleviate these problems

I actually know that I have weak glutes so I decided to check if my knees were looking inward like you’ve shown. And lo and behold they actually are. So I decided to rotate them back to where they supposed to be and my arch actually raises. Damn, internet is really a blessing.

I'd like to say thank you for these videos. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and bone spurs from working on my feet. I tried two podiatrists over the years thus have had orthodontics, made it all worse. The information you are sharing is priceless. American Drs don't take time to educate their patients, it's in and out the door. I've ordered toe separators and am going to buy barefoot shoes as soon as I have money to. I've worked barefoot two days, against rules but I told my boss it's that or I'm calling off as I can't walk. So next check shoes! For now stretches and toe spacers daily. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to my mending feet!

I'm 20 and I have flat feet. Everyone makes fun of the way I walk and stuff but it doesn't really bother me😂 ..My only concern is the pain I'm going to feel later on.😔

Wow this was very helpful. I’ve had flat feet for forever. I definitely need to invest in better shoes before I start working out again.

Would be nice to see proof that someone that has been rehabilitated. I just never heard of someone ever regaining an arch. Maybe you guys could post a video of a before and after of a client you helped?
