One MASSIVE tip for everyone: never just write about your problems. That’s a huge no no. You’ll go down that rabbit hole fast! Instead, always ask yourself at the END of one of those brain dump sessions, “what advice would I give someone else in this exact same situation?”

Making it to “someone else” means you won’t take it personally! Especially cause 99% of the time the answer will be “get the hell over it!”

1. Gratitude is more powerful than most people realize. I see so many people looking forward to a better future somewhere over the horizon and not realizing that one of the best ways to improve yourself is to practice gratitude. The act of appreciation for what's right in front of you is helping you leap forward in improving yourself, rather than the notion that it's taking a break from self improving and cherishing what you have.

3) explore emotions and examine them.
4) Stream of consciousness to get to know you.
5) revisit a tough problem and come up with possible solutions. It will improve your problem-solving skills

Started journaling about a month ago and I'm doing the gratitude exercise already and, trust me people, IT'S LIFE-CHANGING!! It just gives me lasting hapinnes and makes me appreciate tough situations instead of winning.

1. Wake up and write 2 things you're grateful for from yesterday's noticing. Also write why.
2. Write about your emotions preferably before going to bed. Also write why you felt those and what can be done.
3. Write about today's mistakes and problems before going to bed. Now write what can be done differently.

To save ALL OF YOU some time!
Just journal how ever the fuck you want!! There is no proper or right way to do it!!! Be creative, Express as much as you can and BOOM! Your journaling! You don’t have to do it every single fucking day and it don’t have to look perfect and colorful! Just have fun!!!!
