I've been keeping diaries for 20 years and it's helped me with my mental health, more so because I'm a bus driver. Great video. It certainly helped.

Journaling and writing in general (notes, school work ect) is just so much better when actually done on paper than online.

Thank you so much man, I've always been wavering in doubt on how to journal properly, but I guess it's up to what I'm comfortable with. I have this weird tendency to make things look good and structured as if someone would read it, so I might hide things from my journal but I'll try my best to be open and honest, and to document everything.

Unknowingly i was journaling since i was 13 year old ....now i am 19 and feel good that from a very young age have develped many good habits all by myself ...

I actually had been journaling for a while that I actually do some of those things in my journal that I usually do put the time and date and that I really write down what's on my mind especially with things when I've been dealing with that cause Stress and anxiety and also that I also play things that I'm grateful for.

Go for both college and yt man, just create a schedule for yt so it doesn’t get in the way of anything, have certain times or days you record, college isn’t very important but is to your parents, so like I said, just schedule times for recording on yt so things don’t get in the way.😊

I love to write in my diary because it helps me be relax and comfortable and just helps me with a lot of things especially if I have a lot of things on my mind that I just think we'll I have a diary book so why not write in There ❤❤❤❤❤
