Yoga for third trimester back pain

Third trimester back pain is so common. The extra weight you're carrying around causes your body to move out of alignment and puts strain on the muscles of your back.

This class will help ease back pain. While this class is created with the third trimester in mind, you can practice it during the other trimesters as well.

Thanks Bettina 🙏 I'd love any yoga videos for sciatica (mine is down the outsides of my legs/IT band), migraines/headaches/tension headaches, heartburn/acid reflux (really affects being able to do much yoga 🤢) and swollen legs/circulation. Thank you for your great videos 💕 x
