What is Reiki Sound Healing?
Reiki is life force energy and a Japanese healing technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Sound Healing is a form of healing that uses different frequencies to heal the body, mind and spirit. Reiki sound healing combines these two healing modalities within one session.

What is ASMR Reiki?
ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific stimulus. ASMR Reiki is combines Reiki with ASMR triggers such as, hand movements and gentle sounds for added relaxation.
