Follow Along Glute + Lower Body Stretch - USE AFTER EVERY GLUTE/LEG DAY

Today I am going to take you through a follow-along glute + lower body stretch. Use this after glute or leg day, cardio, etc. and you’ll reduce the risk of injury and have better recovery which means …… BETTER GLUTE RESULTS!

This takes about 8-10 minutes - the last couple minutes is the advanced version of our final stretch (the pigeon stretch) so if you're not there yet, you can keep this to 8 minutes long :)

If you're in a hurry, feel free to pick 1-2 stretches to do for that day. A little something is ALWAYS better than nothing!
