1. Small lunge
2. Small stationary lunge
3. Air squat
4. Cross bent leg tap
5. Standing leg lift
6. Fire hydrant to leg extension
7. Leg lift
8. Back leg lift

Lets be real. Anyone who works out a lot knows that these exercises aren't enough to achieve bodies like Victoria Secret Models. I think they probably do cardio and heavy weights with squats and lunges.

While doing lunges, I always lose my balance. I lose it in some moves/exercises. :(

Am I the only one that doesn't get why Alessandra is such a big deal? Her body is not jaw droppingly amazing, her face is pretty but not stunning...I just don't understand.

Complete joke. This is not how one looks like that. You need much more time and heavier weights.
