I am in the Hospital right now.

I eat 150 g of almonds a day and it makes me feel good.

Almonds have lots of also inflammatory omega 6. Walnuts are have the least in that regard. Omega 3 and 9 being more desirable... shouldn't we avoid almonds for that reason?

Hola. Soy Nereyda d chihuahua Mexico. Tengo 39 años y tengo diverticulos en el sigmoideo. Estoy segura que me hacen mucho daño las lectinas. Por casualidad en un video mencionaron los alimentos con más lectinas y de ahí seguí investigando hasta que encontré que el dr Gundry tiene una completa investigación sobre este tema. Me gustaria que hicieran sus videos en español para poder aprender más sobre el tema. También quiero saber si su libro la paradoja vegetal está disponible en español. Llevo 2 meses que casi cualquier cosa que como me duele el estómago, los intestinos y sospecho que es por que aún me falta eliminar más alimentos con lectinas de mi dieta. Acabo de ver este video de las almendras y creo dice que no son buenas y es algo que estaba comiendo diario como desayuno. Creo que tiene una gran información en sus manos y me encantaría que tuviera la opción de verla en español. Gracias . Saludos

Nuts are extremely expensive. 200 grams of any of those = a pack of 24 eggs, without no reason since production of eggs vs nuts are out of discussion which one cost more, so why that high price? As soon as we stop cheerleading them we will see a tremendous reduction on price. So yes are great but ...keep it on secret
