Thank you so much for this peaceful practice. Over the years I’ve always appreciated and connected with your guidance in visualization for meaning in each movement. That alongside your easy going, lighthearted nature has been a gift so thank you for that 🙏

This was so helpful and uplifting - I do get depressed when days get shorter, the various elements of the change of season you mentioned really resonated. Your classes are wonderful for bringing in positivity and a cheerier perspective!

I am so appreciative to your practice and to hear a bit of your story. I am sure I am not alone! By being open with some details, it allows us to not give advice, but to send good healing energy and thoughts your family’s way. I am a PT, and currently receiving care for pelvic issues. The idea of trying to “find a way forward” with your knowledge base, resonates with me, as I have tried to do that as well. I recall your recent class from when you first arrived to the North there and discussed your vision of going there for the hiking/cool weather. It is as if your vision gave you a way to be your family’s leader (which is need when the partner is very ill/in extreme pain), rather than the “fixer”. Enjoying your style of teaching as it gives us all food for thought. 🙏

Excellent class and your wise words of encouragement were also very helpful. You are a gifted teacher! Thank you Nick!
I listened to your commentary last evening because I had already finished doing Qigong before I noticed that you had a new class up, so I did the Qigong portion of the video this evening. Great class! We have missed you, but it’s understandable. You’re a great dad to Meadow and a caring husband to Charity. Blessings to you and your family!❤️

And thank you for sharing Charity’s story: our experiences of child bearing sometimes go by unheard. Love and empathy! 🙏

thanks for such an inspired practice as always. I always love your 'dharma talks' today the thread that caught me was leaving a bit of hope in hopelessness, opening the doorway to attract hope ..the ability of positive intentions to manifest. Also enjoyed the introspection at the end ..what is right there the fruit to grab and what needs to be 'pruned'. peace and equanimity came up as the fruit, judgment and 'contagious' negativity or reactivity to be pruned. YOU are such an inspiration. You might enjoy this, my nonreligious wise son said today on a walk we just need to just be more like Jesus ..discussion of evil and good and the story of Job. YOU emulate Jesus's compassion, peacefulness and humility among so many of his attributes. Sorry about the ramble. Much respect and appreciation.

Thank you so much Nick!
I have been practicing Qigong for three years with you, and even if I have some chronical problems, I feel quite well. Actually, I haven't enough words to show my deepest gratitude towards you and your family - because they help you to help us - 🤗☺!
I live in Romania (Europe), and I don't have those necessary possibilities to come and practise with you in your retreats, but I am more than grateful for all these videos posted by you here, on your channel. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!❤

Hi Nick, I know that you probably hear a lot of advice from mainstream and alternative therapists. Bowen Therapy works on chronic and acute conditions. It works on the fascia, and I know that you are knowledgable about the fascia, as you know it 'holds everything together' in the right place in the body. It communicates via the nervous system, and when healthy, as Bowen Therapy addresses, the fascia pulls everything back into line and will address the issues that Cherie has. Give it a go. There are Bowen Therapists in Australia, it originated in Geelong near Melbourne. Research Tom Bowen. Europe has devised it's own form of Bowen Therapy and called it something else. I dont know if Japan or America have discovered it yet. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.
