This is a super gentle but potent Qi Gong practice. I love Autumn! It is so great getting out in the fresh cooler air and I do notice I can tend toward a little more anxiety at this time of year and with the cooler weather I notice a few different aches appearing. In Autumn our Lungs and Large Intestine energies are dominant so this is the season of inspiration and letting go - in a balanced and nourishing way. Now although this is a super great practice the sound is crap - sorry! I promise to check and double check my sound next time - there are a few planes and cars and crazy cockatoos creating a cacophony of sound! This is real life my friends! This was very nice. I feel connected afterward. The monkey banana sequence released a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt the rush of energy down my arms.
