Sauge is in fact French for sage, but in the sense of the flowering plant, not of a wise person (which is still just sage in French), so the name Sauge de Fleur (Sage of Flower or Flower Sage) is a sort of pun

I think they put the "Except during the damage step" clause on Crystal Clear because it is a quick effect that modifys attack and wihtout that clause it could be used in the damage step. So it's definitely a restriction on it more than it is Konami just being verbose.

Looks like the legendary duelist sets will be ghost rare sets now starting from rage of ra! This seems to exclude the legendary duelist season(random number) sets!
